01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and dx777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at dx777.club and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional activities conducted under the dx777 brand.

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

03 Account Rules

Each registered player is entitled to hold one account at dx777. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household, is strictly prohibited. Where dx777 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts linked to the same individual may be suspended and balances voided without notice.

06 Responsible Gaming

08 Limitation of Liability

09 Account Termination

Players may request the closure of their dx777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, dx777 may ask the player to confirm their identity and the reason for closure. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal conditions.

dx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

6. The player's account has been identified as connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
7. Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require dx777 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed by dx777 due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where dx777 closes an account for regulatory compliance reasons with no finding of player fault, any verified balance will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to ensure that their use of the dx777 platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction prior to registration and during the lifetime of their account.
